You will act as liaison between clients and the various departments within the company to ensure that client requirements are met and the company fulfils all obligations to our clients.
Your work includes constant contact and rapport building with clients using various means of communication and follow-up with clients to ensure information and materials are submitted and approved on time to meet our publication timeline.
Requirements:
- A first degree in any discipline
- Remind clients to submit materials and to chase for all articles and advertisement materials
- Proofread publications in production stages to ensure everything promised to clients are reflected in the publications
- To ensure invoices are sent (fax, email or by hand) to all clients after booking is made
- Perform various administrative tasks associated with salesParticipate in school fairs, education exhibitions and other roadshows as and when the need arises.
