Claims Officer

The Role :

You are responsible for claims management and ensuring compliance towards regulatory requirements, company’s policies as well as ISO standards and requirements. Other roles include staff supervision, training of both subordinates and agents, preparing recommendation to Claims Committee and relevant management reports.

Fresh graduates who are interested to have a career in life insurance claims are also encouraged to apply for Claims Officer position as training will be provided.

Our Requirements:

• Possess a minimum recognized Degree and / or professional insurance qualification.
• Possess at least three years experience in life insurance claims administration and assessment (all claim types)
• Preference for those with experience in underwriting, medical or legal aspects of claims
• Knowledgeable about Bank Negara guidelines for insurance industry
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working with people
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
