Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create, design and develop materials that include posters, brochures, pamphlets, flyers, catalogs, invitations, advertisements, vouchers, direct mail, postcards and coupons
• Assisting the marketing team with marketing, brainstorming and advertising strategies
• Contributing design artwork and ideas to the overall brief
• Proof reading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Managing and maintaining graphic files, including photos, logos and art
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum college or university diploma in graphic design or related field. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Checking daily membership agreement
• Perform data processing and operation support
• Maintain and manage online transactions and information
• Verify data and maintain data quality
• Assist in administration of daily departmental operations

Responsibilities:

• Assist and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
• Assist in the implementation of the Basic Results 1 & 2 programs
• Provide a quality workout that commences on time
• Assist Celebrity Services in contacting members for making and confirming appointments
• Attend meetings and training courses as required.
• Carry out other fitness instructor responsibilities from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Sports Management/Science, Physiotherapy and related field. Those without qualifications are also encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Produce leads and guest traffic.
• Give Club tour to customers and recommend membership packages.
• Enroll new members and follow up with new members to ensure promised services are received.

Customer Services/Greeters

 Responsibilities:

• Respond to all member inquiries and complaints
• Brief new members on Terms and Conditions for membership.
• Check all requirements needed for new membership processing.
• Verify appointments of prospects with sales consultants.
•  Welcome and register members upon checking in.
• Carry out other customer service responsibilities from time to time

Requirements:

•  Working experience not required as training will be provided.

Your work includes constant contact and rapport building with clients using various means of communication and follow-up with clients to ensure information and materials are submitted and approved on time to meet our publication timeline.

Requirements:

• A first degree in any discipline

Claims Officer

The Role :

You are responsible for claims management and ensuring compliance towards regulatory requirements, company’s policies as well as ISO standards and requirements. Other roles include staff supervision, training of both subordinates and agents, preparing recommendation to Claims Committee and relevant management reports.

Fresh graduates who are interested to have a career in life insurance claims are also encouraged to apply for Claims Officer position as training will be provided.

Our Requirements:

• Possess a minimum recognized Degree and / or professional insurance qualification.
• Possess at least three years experience in life insurance claims administration and assessment (all claim types)
• Preference for those with experience in underwriting, medical or legal aspects of claims
• Knowledgeable about Bank Negara guidelines for insurance industry
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
